Installation & Setup

System Requirements

• macOS: 12 or later
• Windows: 10 or later
• Memory: 4 GB (8 GB recommended)
• Disk: 2 GB free space

Installation

macOS

1. Download the .dmg installer
2. Open the DMG and drag Lantide Data to Applications
3. On first launch, allow the app in System Settings → Privacy & Security if prompted

Windows

1. Download the .exe installer
2. Run the installer wizard
3. Launch Lantide Data from the Start menu

Initial Configuration

LLM API Key

AI features require an LLM API Key:

1. Click the four-point star icon in the bottom-right corner to open the AI chat panel
2. Click the AI Setting button, or the small gear icon below the panel
3. Select your LLM provider, enter your API Key, and save

Workspace

1. In the left panel under Data, click the folder area
2. Bind the local folder where your work data lives
3. The app automatically scans files in that folder and registers available tables
